Report

This was our last game and we knew if we won we would move to the top of the league and guaranteed us a top two place.
We started very poor it looked like the lads thought this would be easy and it would just happen, we were not at all happy as coaches and let the lads know their attitude was all wrong.
Bradley Stoke put lots of pressure on us and had us rocking at times.
We did manage to take the lead a well taken goal by Gary, yet again we pressed the self destruct button and gave away a silly corner and Bradley stoke were stronger than us and scored a good goal with a strong header.
We managed to start to get our general play going we made a change and scored straight away, now we should settle down and play as we want to.
At half time we told the lads don’t let two years hard work go down the drain..... Go out there and show you want this and go do it.
We were now in control of the game even our keeper “James” had a goal assist with a big kick up the middle for our striker to finish off.
The final score was 5-2 we have done all we can and have a chance of the title what will be will be, we are very proud of all our lads for a great season.
Since the last game we lost we had 6 games to go 18 points to play for and had to play the top team and the team behind us and the lads took all 18 points that was a fantastic effort and we ended up the team in form and scored more goals than than the rest.
This was my last game as manager and I am proud of you all and enjoyed every minute of the last 2 years and Simon feels exactly the same.
