Dave started coaching youth football in 2002 when Andy joined Bristol Rovers Supporters Club. After a couple of years Dave took on the role of Manager and led his team to promotion to Div 1 under 11-s.
After 1 more year as Manager the whole team moved to Mangotsfield United in which Dave was a coach.
In 2008 Dave and Andy left Mangotsfield and moved to Hanham. It did not take long for Dave to be supporting on the sidelines and as Dave has his FA coaching badge he soon got involved with the coaching and last season became Manager for the Falcons along with Simon Reeves as his assistant. Dave and Simon have worked hard to move the team forward and things are going in the right direction. Their first season in charge moved the team from bottom of the table up to forth in the league.
